All international shipments are subject to the assessment of taxes and duties. These duties and taxes vary from country to country.
Custom duties are not included in the shipping fees and are payable by the buyer.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of delivery date. All returned items must be new and unused, with all original tags and labels attached.
The Return Process
To initiate a return, please email our Customer Service team at email@example.com with your order number and reasons why you would like to return your item.
We will provide you with the return address and a return invoice.
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your exchange item. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds and only allow exchange for items of equal value or store credit.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom-made items.
- Items that have been worn.
- Torn/ Defective items.
