Yes. Custom orders take 2-5 business days to fulfill the order. The price is dependent on the design.

No.

We are an online shop. However, you can come to our studio for fittings.

Shipping & Returns

  1. I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

To initiate a return, please email our Customer Service team at customercare@africanyuva.com with your order number and reasons why you would like to return your item.

We will provide you with the return address and a return invoice.

 

  1. How long does it take to get a refund?

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds and only allow exchange for items of equal value or store credit.

  1. What is your return policy?

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of delivery date. All returned items must be new and unused, with all original tags and labels attached.
